Very busy, wish they opened up more tables for reservations (only allowed reservations in 1 of 3 rms) Decent food, good sports viewing, good beer selection)

Pretty busy place. Tons of TVs I sat at the bar, super friendly bartender. About 15 beers on tap, and some bottles. Pricey, but all of Stratton is. I had the chicken tenders appetizer for my meal, plenty of food. Nice place, a little crowded for dinner. Laid back atmosphere.

This place is GREAT! It never fails to delight me and everyone I'm with. Although it is busy the waits are never more than 20 min is it's crowded.

As there aren't too many options to try at Stratton mountain, My girlfriend and I headed here on our first night. It was exactly what we expected: average pub food, and a bit overpriced. We started with the thai spring rolls, which were ok, but obviously frozen. We both had burgers (hamburger and a veggie burger), and both were satisfactory. The rolls were good, but the fries were a bit over-battered. Not too disappointing, being one of the only options available.

Don't go mid-week! Service is terrible. I went to Mulligan's with my wife over a weekend and the food and service was 3-4 star. However during a mid-week stay I made the mistake of recommending this restaurant to a group of skiers I travelled with. What a disappointment. Food portion was ridiculously tiny, manager was rude and dismissive. The group of us will never return.

Food is decent, not sure what people are saying about the burgers, in my experience they are good. Ribs are great and it's a HUGE rack. The "secret" deal here is to go downstairs to the Green Door and order a bucket of wings. It's not on the menu, and is only about $2 more than the wing appetizer. If two people can finish them, you were REALLY hungry!

    * A place for tasty fried chicken* We ordered buffalo wings. What arrived was fried chicken wings (wingdings). Not what I expected, but I can't complain. I mean... they're really tasty southern-style fried chicken wings. Apparently that's how they do it. There's a selection of mexican/carribean chilis on the rack if the buffalo dip is not spicy enough. In Summary: Tasty fried chicken Fast service Convenient location

This place was the absolute worst. Our burgers tasted like cheap canned dog food must, with bone sinew in them to boot. They were disgusting and one bite was a bite too many. We were hoping to at least eat the buns as we were starving but they tasted like they'd been made out of plaster instead of flour. Add the bad service and a horrible dining experience was complete. If they didn't have a captive audience being in the Village at Stratton Mountain, this place would likely have flopped long ago. Too bad I have to give it even one a star. There should be a way to give no stars or on this case - a negative star!

Nice chill "tavern" in the Stratton village, offering variety of menu items from pub (boneless buffalo wings, quesadillas) to full entrees (burgers, steak or pecan encrusted salmon). Larger than it initially appears- the basement is the Green Door pub w/ the same food menu available, 1st floor is the main dining room, 2nd floor overlooks the 1st and has windows that offer a great view of the sunset. Decor is quirky- green walls, mascot-like black bears on a chair lift hanging from the ceiling, mounted deer heads, hanging guitars. Surprisingly affordable, given how expensive everything at the resort is. I ordered "burger with the works" but w/ a black bean burger patty instead- mushrooms, bacon & swiss- and came w/ delicious spicy steak-cut fries. Huge portions, great flavor in the bean burger- one of the best I've tried. I also tried one of their giant hot chocolate alcoholic drinks- very sweet, more like a dessert, but good value with the huge glass for $8. My sister had an apple jack cider and that was delicious...I should have ordered that! Service was friendly, quick and accommodating for my "special" order. I've been here a couple times previously, with pleasant experiences, and this time was no different- I recommend!

My fiance and I spent a couple of days in Stratton and were more than disappointed at Mulligan's. I was excited to try the Baked Stuffed lobster deal but had no idea what we were in for. My lobster was burnt...stuffing on top was burnt as was the actual lobster meat. Baked too long. Basically there was very little meat as it was burnt to the shell. My fiance's guinness stew was served luke luke warm with corn bread that was hard as a rock! Upon complaining to the Manager politely, I was told that she wasn't willing to remove the charge for my meal as "it looked like you went to town with your meal so I won't be able to take off for that"! Can you believe it?! There was no meat to eat, the shells were broken! My fiance later showed them his hard as a rock cornbread and also stood up to the Manager for her inappropriate comment to me about going to town with my meal. This was one of the most horrific customer service experiences and service we've ever endured. Spoiled the rest of our night. They are also overcharged for pub food (which is really terrible). I'm guessing that the only thing they are probably good for would be for their beers/drinks. Otherwise, don't waste your time or money here. If I could've given it no stars I would have.

Good location, great place to share stories, good bar, burgers are OK. Because of location a bit overpriced but with few competitors in village the place packs a crowd.
